She studied art in Germany at the Fachhochschule in Trier
and the Hochschule der Kuenste in Berlin
Beginning in 1976 Eva Bauer first worked for many years
as a freelance artist in Spain
After an artistic pause lasting 12 years she began working as a freelance artist again in 2002 with new works which she now shows in exhibitions in Germany and abroad.
